30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the £49.99 booking deposit. If you're not satisfied with your purchase — for any reason — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, provided we have not yet delivered a finished website build.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for our orders.

• Go to paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout to find your order and request a refund.
• Or email us at onewebsiteforyou262@gmail.com and we'll help you through the process.

You'll usually see the refund back on your original payment method within 3–10 business days after it's approved.

Balance payments & delivered work

Balance payments made on delivery of a finished website are non-refundable once the site has been handed over, as the work has been completed and delivered. If something isn't right at delivery, tell us — we'll fix it as part of your build before final handover.
